Shipping policy

Orders placed prior to 12:00 pm eastern time are generally mailed the same day or within 1 business day. Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. 

Orders Ship Fast via USPS Standard First Class Mail. This Applies To Orders Shipping Within The USA.

Special Promotional Offers and Free Shipping offers are based on minimum purchase prices. We Change Offers Frequently to keep things interesting. All prices, free offers, discounts, & product offerings are limited time offers.

International Orders: Please allow for reasonable transit time. We ship from America. Anticipate occasional delays due to customs processing protocols.

All International customs process protocols, tariffs, fees, item delivery communications are between the regulatory carrier and the customer. Frequently UPS and USPS reach out directly to customers when attempting delivery. Customer is responsible for responding to carrier inquiries and answering inquiries promptly to facilitate successful delivery.  Handling times are out of our control.

Please be sure to confirm your delivery address prior to completing your order. Be sure the address is accurate and complete, including phone number, accurate email address, city, province, country, and postal code.

  • International Shipping -"Undeliverable" "Unclaimed" "Return To Sender" shipments due to incomplete or incorrect delivery address at time of order placement: are non-refundable, no exceptions. 
  • International Customer is responsible for paying tariffs, taxes, fees charged by your country. International tariffs and fee, if assessed, are paid by you upon delivery. We have nothing to do with the tariffs, fees or taxes so please know your country's requirements.
  • International shipping charges are non refundable due to the heavy costs charged by carrier services . 

Reissued shipments for undelivered orders due to inaccurate or incomplete address:  Customer is required to pay the additional shipping charges to reissue the shipment to the corrected address.

Damaged Package: Document the damage by taking a picture of the damaged package. Upload the pic with a brief explanation and include this documentation in your email. This evidence will be used as evidence when presented to the delivery carrier. We submit these claims to the carrier and attempt to recover your shipping charge for damaged shipments.

We replace items damaged in transit. For insurance claims, please provide a photo and your order number when reporting damage.Email pic files and details to info@pk24.com
